Ingredients | Biscuit Mix(500g), Buttermas/ Martiana Margarine(270g), Egg Whites(20g) |
Step 1 – Beat Buttermas or Martiana Margarine until creamy
Step 2 – Slowly add in egg whites and Biscuit Mix, beat until a cookie dough texture
Step 3 – Add in flavour or fillings

Ingredients | Biscuit Mix(500g), Buttermas/ Martiana Margarine(270g), Chocolate Chips(100g) |
Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 145°c – 150°c. Place in standard cookies pan.
Step 2 – Mix Biscuit Mix with butter/ margarine until slightly fluffy. Stir in chocolate chips.
Step 3 – Devide batter into round pieces approximately and place on engrossed baking tray. Flatten slightly.
