Recipe for Fruity Jelly
Ingredients | Water (500gm), Agar-Agar Powder (10gm), Sugar (100gm), Deco Filling (250gm), Optional – Colour |
Preparation
Step 1 – Place water and agar-agar powder in a saucepan
Step 2 – Whisk the mixture and bring to a boil on a medium-high heat.
Caution: Do not let the mixture boil over
Step 3 – After mixture is fully dissolved, add sugar and Deco Filling and cook on low heat for 2 mins
Caution: if you add sugar before boiling, agar-agar powder might not dissolved fully
Step 4 – Remove saucepan from heat, and pour mixture into jelly cups.
Step 5 – Allow to cool down in refrigerator for approx. 30 mins.
Fruity Jelly can last up to 3 days in refrigerator
