Recipe for: Butter Moist Cake
Ingredients: Buttermas / Butter(500gm), Sugar(370gm), Eggs(470gm), Plain Flour(400gm), UHT Whipping Cream(50gm), Fruit Filling(any flavour)
Preparation
Step 1 – Beat Buttermas / butter and sugar until creamy
Step 2 – Slowly add in eggs one at a time, beating thouroughly after each addition
Step 3 – Carefully fold in plain flour into the mixture
Step 4 – Last, add in UHT whipping cream mix together and pur mixture into baking pan
Step 5 – Pipe Fruit Filling on top of the butter cake mixture and sprinkle crumbles
