Creamate Frosting Cream

CREAMATE is a vegetable oil based whipping cream as a firming agent for the preparation of light and fluffy butter cream / icing with a delicate melt-in-your-mouth texture and pleasant flavour. It is design to have an excellent creaming ability, glossy texture, stability and delicate consistency for piping and creating butter cream flowers, petals, and decorations.

Recipe for Snow Skin Moon Cake(unbaked)
Glutinous Rice Flour Baked @ Koh Fun(180g), Icing Sugar(160g), Creamate(60g), Cold Water(250g)

Step 1 – Mix all the ingredients until it develop into a soft dough texture
Step 2 – Knead the dough for awhile until it become smooth

Filling for Snow Skin Moon Cake(unbaked)

Sweet Milk(60g), Butter(100g), UHT Whipping Cream(200g), Egg(2nos), Full Cream Milk Powder(50g), Harvest Custard Powder(70g), Sugar(60g), Salted Egg Yolk(2nos)

Step 1 – Mix well all the ingredients
Step 2 – Use double boil method to cook the mixture until all the liquid dries up to develop a paste from texture
Step 3 – Keep in refrigerator for at least 3 hours and ready to use
