Recipe for Dorayaki Pancake
Recipe | Dorayaki Mix(1,000g), Fresh Milk(360g), Eggs(640g), Cookikng Oil(100g) |
Step 1 – In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together until mixture is well combined and smooth
Step 2 – Heat up frying pan or griddle over medium high heat
Step 3 – Pour the batter in the middle of the frying pan, flipping over when the bottom side is cooked to brown colour
Step 4 – Repeat the process for the remaining batter.
