Buttermas Buttery Blend

Buttermas is a butter-blend produced by combining milk fat with vegetable fat to create a smooth, creamy and buttery spread. This is a great combination because it has the butter taste and excellent baking performance. Replace any recipe you would normally use butter and margarine in baking and will achieve great taste, quality and better yield volume. It is a definite choice for bakershop use.

Recipe for Butter Cookies

Buttermas 300g, Sugar 320g, Plain Flour 400g, Ground Almond 240g

Step 1 – Mix well all the ingredients
Step 2 – Using a cookie press, make desire shapes
Step 3 – Arrange onto parchment paper lined on baking trays

Baking Time 25 to 30 minutes
Temperature 150°c

Recipe for Butter Cake

Buttermas 500g, Sugar 400g, Eggs 470g, Plain Flour 400g, Milk Powder 20g

Step 1 – Beat Buttermas and sugar until creamy and light
Step 2 – Slowly add in eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition
Step 3 – Gently fold in plain flour and milk powder into the mixture
