Recipe for Butter Cookies
Buttermas 300g, Sugar 320g, Plain Flour 400g, Ground Almond 240g
Step 1 – Mix well all the ingredients
Step 2 – Using a cookie press, make desire shapes
Step 3 – Arrange onto parchment paper lined on baking trays

Buttermas 500g, Sugar 400g, Eggs 470g, Plain Flour 400g, Milk Powder 20g
Step 1 – Beat Buttermas and sugar until creamy and light
Step 2 – Slowly add in eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition
Step 3 – Gently fold in plain flour and milk powder into the mixture
