Recipe for Cookies
Martiana Margarine 200g, Icing Sugar 100g, Egg 40g, Plain Flour 280g

Step 1 – Beat Martiana Margarine and icing sugar for 2-3 minutes using medium speed
Step 2 – Slowly add in eggs and plain flour until well combined
Step 3 – Put the mixture into a piping bag fitted witha large star nozzle and pipe 4 whirls onto prepared baking sheets.

Baking Time 25 to 30 minutes Temperature 150°c

Recipe for Butter Cake

Martiana Margarine 500g, Sugar 400g, Eggs 470g, Plain Flour 380g, Milk Powder 20g

Step 1 – Beat Latifolia and sugar until creamy and light
Step 2 – Slowly add in eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition
Step 3 – Gently fold in plain flour and milk powder
