Recipe for Coating
Cocomas (500gm), Fresh Milk (300gm), Gelatin (15 gm)
Step 1 – Dissolve Gelatine powder into fresh milk – double boil method
Step 2 – Add in Cocomas and stir wel
Step 3 – Pour mixture over cake as a coating.
Recipe for Filling : Buns, Cakes, Filling
Cocomas (100gm), Whipping Cream (50gm)
Step 1 – Heat up whipping cream
Step 2 – Add into Cocomas and mix until well combined with a smooth texture.
