Recommended Recipe
Part A | Dark Chocolate Mix 300g, Water 300g |
Part B | Fresh Milk 700g, Water 500g, Chocolate Lagenda/Chocolate 250g, UHT Whipping Cream 160g |
Step 1 – Mix well Dark Chocolate Mix and water
Step 2 – Cook all the ingredients in Part B until almost boiling(90°c)
Step 3 – Pour Part A into Part B and keep stirring until the mixture thicken
Step 4 – Pour mixutre into desired applications.
