Recipe for Custard
Instant Custard Powder(200gm), Water or Fresh Milk(500gm)
Step 1 – Mix water into Instant Custard Powder.
Step 2 – Whisk until smooth and creamy
*Tips – for better taste, replace water with fresh milk
Recipe for Custard Cream Filling
Instant Custard Powder(200gm), Water or Fresh Milk(400gm), UHT Whipped Cream(300gm)
Step 1 – Mix well instant custard powder and water
Step 2 – Fold in UHT Whipped Cream and stir well. Chilled for few hours before use.
Recipe for Moon Cake Filling(unbaked)
Instant Custard Powder(100g), Cold Water(200g), Glutinous Rice Flour Bake @ Koh Fun(15g)
Step 1 – Stir well all the ingredients until it developes into a dough like texture
Step 2 – Keep refrigerated for 3 hours and ready to use
