"Cromboloni"

Ingredients:

  • 500g plain flour
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 70ml milk
  • 90ml water
  • 7g yeast
  • 1tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp Buttermas
  • 200g++cold Buttermas (to spread on each layer)

"Nasi Tomato"

Ingredients (Serves 5-6):

  • 2 tbsp Latifolia Margarine @harvest_bak_ing
  • A bit of cooking oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2-3 shallots
  • Ginger
  • 4 spices (star anise, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom)
  • 2 pandan leaves
  • 1 tomato (diced)
  • 4 tbsp tomato puree (or 1 small can of tomato puree)
  • 3 cups basmati rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup evaporated milk/full cream milk
  • Chicken stock cube
  • Salt to taste
  • Raisins (optional)
  • Coriander leaves & fried shallots for garnish

"Chocolate Oat Cookies"

Ingredients:

  • 110g Latifolia margarine
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar (or fine sugar)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (sifted and added gradually)
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch (sifted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup oats (blended finely)
  • Egg white & rolled oats (for decoration)
  • Dark chocolate or KokoRia cooking chocolate

"Kek Pistachio Cheese"

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs (Grade A/B)
  • 1 cup fine sugar or castor sugar (if using fine sugar/icing sugar, use 1 1/4 cups)
  • 1 tablespoon ovalette
    1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup fresh milk or evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons Harvest pistachio paste
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (sifted first)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup melted Buttermas (or butter)
