Recipe
Cake | Pineapple Pastry Mix(500gm), Butter/ Margarine(250gm), Egg Yolks(3 nos) |
Filling | Pineapple Paste(200gm) |
Step 1 – Beat butter/ margarine for 5 minutes using medium speed until creamy
Step 2 – Add in Pineapple Pastry Mix and egg yolks and mix until well combined
Step 3 – Roll out the pastry dough and fill in pineapple paste, brush egg yolks on the pastry and bake at 150 to 155°c for approximately 20 minutes
