Recipe for Fruity Jelly
Ingredients: Water(500gm), Agar-agar Powder(10gm), Sugar(100gm), Deco Filling(250gm), Optional – colour
Preparation
Step 1 – Place water and agar-agar poweder in a saucepan
Step 2 – Whisk the mixture and bring to a boil on a medium-high heat
Step 3 – CarefullyAfter mixture is fully dissolved, add sugar and deco filling and cook on low heat for 2 mins
*Caution: if you add sugar before boiling, agar-agar powder might not dissoved fully
Step 4 – Remove saucepan from heat, and pur mexture into jelly cups
Step 5 – Allow to cool down in refrigerator for approx. 30mins.
Fruity Jelly can last up to 3 days in refrigerator
